PELATIHAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN PENYUSUNAN PROGRAM KERJA DI STASI LUMEN CHRISTI DAN PAROKI SANTA URSULA WATUTUMOU

Abstract

Spiritual area activity programs are more of an implementation of programs arranged at a higher (parish) level. The activities of the spiritual area are limited to routine activities, namely weekly meetings in the form of prayer/worship, birthday celebrations (HUT) for the Spiritual Region, and celebrations for the protector of the Spiritual Region. By holding training activities and assisting in the preparation of work programs by the Working Team from De La Salle Catholic University Manado, it is hoped that participants will be able to understand and gain knowledge about the strategic program of the Manado Diocese. The participants in this activity were the people and administrators of the Spiritual Area, Categorical Groups, Station administrators, and Parish administrators, as well as the Parish Priest. During the activity there was a presentation of material, training and mentoring. The results of this activity show increased knowledge and understanding of the participants in preparing their work programs.
